When you visit Napa, you have to approach the vineyards with the right attitude. This means that you should be excited about the great wine you will taste, but also that you should be cognizant of the possibility of wineries trying to offer you some pretty crappy selections. Be ready for quantity, but keep an eye out for quality. Most importantly, enjoy the incredible scenic views, such as this hillside casa and vineyard. In short, be ready to get napatized.
On another note, I have officially joined the 24 hour fitness gym. I am enjoying the routine so far. I get to run and lift some weights, which is always good for anyone. And my new Ipod mini really keeps things interesting. Lots of Rock en Espanol, with some good alternative selections.
