Sometimes when I have the time, I enjoy driving in the hills of East LA, and on clear days like this one in late January, you can see the Downtown LA skyline. Here, "el centro," as many spanish-speaking people refer to Downtown, is guarded by a lonely cloud in the Southern California sky. This picture was taken from City Terrace, a hillside community in north East LA.
