Millenium Park in Chicago shines brightly on this cold wintry night. I spent some time in the Windy City earlier last month, and was quite impressed with the Chi-Town attitude towards life. Chicagoans are go getters that embrace the frigid lake effect on their weather system. They are undeterred by the chilly climate that makes Californians want to run back to O'Hare International Airport in search for the next flight out!
